This weekend Sensei Emma lead 2 Kata seminars for level 1 & 2 students who needed a bit of help with their Kata. The students took advantage of working in a small group spending time going through their Kata in detail with an instructor. To finish, Sensei Emma lead some fun Kata drills (blindfold Kata, Sequence Kata, Kata in a different direction and also some level 1 Bunkai).
